Disappointing service, ok food. They didn’t seem to have the service under control. Lots of dishes flittering around the tables, many of which were wrong- not just for our table but others too. There were errors in our starters and mains, 1 in the starters and almost all of them in mains, despite the waiter writing them down from our phone when we initially ordered. It felt poorly managed and disorganised, which is a shame as it’s a lovely venue. Very atmospheric, nice music, layout etc. None of the dishes were standout delicious, they were mostly good. The chicken dish was disappointing. Lots of room for improvement. If I’m honest. 40 euros for two sharing a customised mezze, 2 mini bottles of wine and coffee.

Hidden gem found about a 20 minute drive from Protaras! Definitely worth a car, or taxi ride to this beautiful traditional Greek tavern! The food was delicious and authentic and hospitality was flawless! We enjoyed it so much, we came back on the second night! Everytime was fresh and grilled to perfection! A lovely find on our holiday - thank you very much for our two lovely evenings! We left very full and happy! Will definitely visit again!

The food seemed reheated or frozen, and the salad felt as if it had been prepared many many hours in advance. The chicken unfortunately had an unpleasant smell, which made it difficult to enjoy. What was most disappointing is that we had made a reservation the day before, so the restaurant knew we were coming. Overall, it did not reflect the quality one would expect from a traditional Cypriot taverna.

Nice traditional cypriot food in a old fashioned and charismatic setting.Off the beaten track and a bit quiet during the week, might have more atmosphere in the weekend.
