They were maintained and checked three times during our 7 day stay. The linen & beds were clean, comfy and there is lots of storage and wardrobe space. All in all I’d highly recommend staying here. Thanks to George & the team for making it so enjoyable. We will definitely return.

Indiviudal aircons in the rooms were fantastic considering how hot it was when we arrived (35-40 degrees c).It was the perfect locaiton for us, close enough to Ayia Napa to drive in our rental (15-20 mins), or get a taxi on Bolt, or food delivery on Wolt, but far enough away to be private and peaceful. It's not exactly walkable to much, maybe 20 minutes to Siren's beach, and 30 minutes to a small supermarket. It's about 20 mins to a Lidl via driving though! Additionally, its close to two of the best beaches around (Nissi & Makronissos).Host was responsive and lovely, however it did take us a couple u-turns to find the place when we arrived (easy once you know!). We were suprised by the lack of reviews for this Villa, as its well worth the reasonable price tag. 10/10.
