We stayed 11 days as a family of five in this lovely house and had an amazing time with an even 29 deg C the whole stay.The host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips on places to visit, beaches, and restaurants - especially Ravioli’s Italian Restaurant, just 7-8 min walk away, which became our favorite.Turtle Beach was only a 5 min walk, and from there, a short stroll to beautiful Konnos Beach. On quiet days, we enjoyed the pool and the basement recreation room, fun for the adults as well as the kids.A grocery store and bus stop were just 3 minutes away, with easy access to lively Ayia Napa and in the other direction, to the more peaceful Protaras with it's lovely Fig Tree Bay (Protaras Beach).The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. A/C in all bed- and living rooms was very convenient to say the least. The area felt safe and peaceful, and we loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings.We’re leaving with great memories and would love to return!

The photos of this villa don’t do it justice. It was absolutely spectacular. The views from the rooftop, the games room keeping the kids entertained, the two self contained levels that are laid out the same allowed our whole family to have their own space. It all worked so well. We will definitely be coming back in future. The hosts were also really helpful and helped us to settle in by showing us around and how to work everything around the villa. I really liked Villa Melinda — Beach & Pool Retreat! The location of the villa and the villa itself are well thought out, you can hide from the sun and at the same time there is a place for those who want to sit in the sun. It is located near the beach, and most importantly, if there is a storm at sea, this beach will always be calm, as it is protected by piers. This is very convenient in windy and stormy weather. There is a shop nearby, as well as a restaurant and bar. The area is safe, and the complex is gated, which is very reliable. Thank you.

Georgia was very responsive and immediately resolved the issue (our bbq was missing but that was resolved 5 minutes later). The house was modern, exactly like in the photos, however it needs a small revamp (paint walls, fix the balcony glass etc - although nothing major that would affect our experience). The pool, showers and linens were clean, but a thorough cleaning in all rooms is needed. Overall, the location was great, close to all amenities but no noise from the main street at all. The garden area is very big with lots of grass to play, a clean pool and a big area to relax on the sun beds, dine on the dining table or sit on the lounge set. I would stay again!

The area is beautiful and, most importantly, very peaceful, which makes it a great place to truly relax. We would recommend having a car, especially if you are staying for a whole week, as most places and shops are quite a distance away. We used a car throughout our stay, and it was definitely the most convenient option for us.What we really liked:* the villa was clean and nicely decorated, * the swimming pool was regularly cleaned and very well maintained, * the kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of dishes, pots, pans and useful kitchen items, * the large dining table was perfect for spending time together, * very good communication with the agency – everything could be arranged quickly and easily, * the area was quiet and pleasant, * overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.Things that could be improved:The sun loungers definitely need to be replaced, four of them were damaged and were not suitable for comfortable use. It would also be helpful to provide some basic cleaning supplies. We understand that guests cannot necessarily expect a full set of cleaning products for the entire stay, but having at least one basic cleaning product and more cleaning cloths would be very useful. The vacuum cleaner is also quite old and could use an upgrade.The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the large number of ants. There were a lot of them, and they appeared almost immediately, even after leaving just a small crumb or a drop of spilled drink. This meant that we had to clean very frequently and constantly make sure that nothing was left on the counters or floor. We understand that insects can be difficult to completely eliminate in a warm climate, but it would be worth considering additional measures to prevent ants from getting into the villa.Despite these few issues, we wers overall very happy with our stay. The villa has many great qualities, and the peaceful location, cleanliness, good facilities and excellent communication with the agency all contributed to a very positive experience. We hope our feedback will be helpful in making the property even better for future guests.

Giú, invece c’è un’altra camera da letto e un bagno con la doccia accanto. In più c’è stanza adibita a lavanderia, e un’altra piccola stanzetta con un divano. Нюанс - камʼянистмй вхід, але тапочки для плавання легко вирішують цю проблему.В квартирі є все для комфортного проживання. Дуже ввічлива власниця житла. Вона відгукувалася на всі наші запитання. А коли нам перенесли зворотній рейс на літак, не дивлячись на те, що в неї не було змоги надати нам пізній виїзд через приїзд нових гостей, залишила наші валізи у себе, і домовилася про душ для нас в сусідньому готелі, щоб ми не сиділи в душному місті, а могли очікувати рейс на пляжі. Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок в цих апартаментах.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Moderne Einrichtung und toller Garten mit Pool. Die Terrassen sind traumhaft und man kann sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch -Untergang genießen. Toller Ausblick bis zum Meer. Wir waren zu viert und drei Schlafzimmer sind echt super. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und haben wenig Ablagefläche und keine Steckdose. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich. Leider haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Ansonsten ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Georgia haben wir nie persönlich getroffen, sie war für uns nur über Handy erreichbar. Darüber hat sie allerdings immer schnell geantwortet. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Mir persönlich fehlten ein paar Infos zur näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Zypern bzw. in Protaras und mussten uns erstmal zurechtfinden. In der Vorsaison ist noch nicht viel los, der nahegelegene Supermarkt war noch geschlossen, allerdings mehrere gute Restaurants und auch der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.

We have just returned home after the most wonderful week here. Nothing major, but the villa could do with a little bit of maintenance and TLC but I accept that we were late in the season and assume that most of this will happen in quieter months. We only had one set of towels each for the week and whilst there is a washing machine I’d expect maybe at least two sets each for a weeks stay, we went and bought some cheapy beach towels to use around the pool etc, so we could wash and keep our bath towels fresh. The villa itself is stunning and set in a beautiful location with plenty of local amenities (you must try Zorbas and Sashiko!), it is really well equipped and Georgia as a host was brilliant in helping me from the minute we booked. She even arranged a cocktail set for us (enjoy!). It was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. The roof terrace has amazing views but could do with some furniture and sun loungers up there. I’ll 100% be staying here again. Thank you Georgia! 💙

Hvězdičku strhávám za výhled, přímo před našim oknem byl rozestavený dům, takže jsme měli výhled na staveniště. A také za trošku nepraktické rozdělení vily, kdy nahoře jsou tři ložnice a jedna pak dole v suterénu, což se nám nelíbilo vzhledem k malý dětem. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni.

We stayed in Azure villas for my husband’s 50th. The villas are stunning and the wonderful roof terrace was a nice surprise. George had a lovely welcome gift & cake (plus candles), which was an incredibly thoughtful touch. Additionally, our request for extra glassware was met swiftly which we appreciated - they are very responsive to questions. I don’t agree that the pools were dirty (we had 2 villas). They were maintained and checked three times during our 7 day stay. The linen & beds were clean, comfy and there is lots of storage and wardrobe space. All in all I’d highly recommend staying here. The villa itself is very modern and clean with a large open plan kitchen/lounge, patio doors opening on to the pool area, it’s with in walking distance to some restaurant and shops but it’s a good 10mins drive to the main district of Protaras.The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage.Bathrooms are very small and the shower cubicles doors didn’t close properly. There is obviously another villa they rent out and the photos that are shown of the bathroom is of the other villa, also could do with more toilet paper as quite spare.Not ideal if you like privacy for sunbathing as there is only some trees separating the villas and also next door used to come in to our villa’s garden as a short cut as shown in photo.If only staying for a week there is no clean towels and you’re expected to wash them you’re self as there is a washing machine.Pool looked cloudy even tho the pool guy came to clean it once while we were there and also it left our bathing clothes green!.Could do with a booklet with some info about the villa and things to do, taxi numbers etc.

Georgia’s villa was absolutely perfect! She messaged me prior to check in with all the info required to enter the property and the photos were extremely accurate. The villa is located right by the ocean and you can take a lovely & very scenic coastal walk into Protaras town (1hr) or rent buggies and quads from nearby. The location is quiet and peaceful and the amenities were 10/10 with a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker etc. It was super clean and the pool / lounge area is stunning. Great stay with my family, few issues nail sticking out of floor in one of bathrooms as the door catcher is broken so it just balancing on top and my 1 year old soon sussed that out so that was a hazard, eyelash extensions found on the floor throughout hasn’t been cleaned to a 5* quality standard from the last people, location good however I would recommend a car to get around to different beaches etc. Overall good stay

Great villa with a great host, Tasos, who kept in contact over text and gave recommendations of places to visit. Villa was as described and gave all 8 of us that stayed good, clean seperate spaces as well as also enjoying the additional games available to us in the basement below. Area was lovely and quiet, overlooking the sea and being only being a short walk away from Cyclops Cave and Konnos beach.

Tasos and the family were great ,they were always available to help and gave us recommendations about local good places and activities, the house is amazing and fully equipped with all you need and much more. The fridge was full of beers ,variety of soft drinks and wine and many more goods. The home is very very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the basement was like a paradise for the kids ( and the adults)with pool table, ping pong,darts,big Tv . The location is in a walk distance from the turtle bay and Konnos beach that was amazing , every morning we open with snorkeling with turtles!!! We will definitely come back . Thank you very much.
