The villa itself is very modern and clean with a large open plan kitchen/lounge, patio doors opening on to the pool area, it’s with in walking distance to some restaurant and shops but it’s a good 10mins drive to the main district of Protaras.The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage.Bathrooms are very small and the shower cubicles doors didn’t close properly. There is obviously another villa they rent out and the photos that are shown of the bathroom is of the other villa, also could do with more toilet paper as quite spare.Not ideal if you like privacy for sunbathing as there is only some trees separating the villas and also next door used to come in to our villa’s garden as a short cut as shown in photo.If only staying for a week there is no clean towels and you’re expected to wash them you’re self as there is a washing machine.Pool looked cloudy even tho the pool guy came to clean it once while we were there and also it left our bathing clothes green!.Could do with a booklet with some info about the villa and things to do, taxi numbers etc.

Wir hatten einer sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa, zu sechst hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus ist super geräumig drinnen als auch draußen. Alles nötige war vorhanden, der Zugang ist einfach und die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem sind viele schöne Strände in unter 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Georgia war bei Problemen sofort zu erreichen und kam sogar persönlich vorbei. Wir hätten uns eventuell ein paar mehr Handtücher und Klopapier gewünscht Außerdem wurde es schnell dreckig, da keine Putzmittel und Lappen da waren und niemand zum reinigen kam, nur der Pool wurde alle paar Tage gesäubert. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

I travelled with a baby of 8 months old and 78 years old grandmom. We all found it comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. The property is nice, was clean. Very close to a small beach which is perfect. Less crowded. Close to restaurants and shops. Nice area. The property could do better in terms of infrastructure.It has all the basic amenities I missed having a micro wave, some extra kitchen equipments but it’s the extra’s that could make the experience even better. The pool is well maintained.

Fabulous modern villa. Large comfortable living area to relax in, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, 3 big bedrooms (1 en-suite and 2 with shared bath but with balconies). Outdoor space is really nice too, with a nice private pool.The location is fantastic. Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. There is also a great walking trail from Fireman’s all the way along the cliff tops. Just beautiful!Georgia was a wonderful host. S ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni, vila je moc hezká a čistá, komunikace s hostitelkou přes whatsapp byla rychlá. Hvězdičku strhávám za výhled, přímo před našim oknem byl rozestavený dům, takže jsme měli výhled na staveniště. A také za trošku nepraktické rozdělení vily, kdy nahoře jsou tři ložnice a jedna pak dole v suterénu, což se nám nelíbilo vzhledem k malý dětem. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni.

It was such a thoughtful touch and really made the whole trip even more memorable. 🎉The villa was beautiful, the pool was stunning and got the sun all day, so we spent most of our time relaxing by it. 🏖️ We also loved the rooftop terrace, it was the perfect place to chill in the evenings. The two outdoor showers were such a nice extra too.The location was ideal. It was only a 5-minute walk to the main road with loads of shops, restaurants and bars, and around an 8-minute walk to a gorgeous little beach with crystal-clear water. 🌊 There was also a beach bar where you could grab food and drinks, which was so handy.We had the best time and would definitely come back. Mis apart ces petits problèmes, très belle villa situé dans un endroit calme et agréable, la piscine est assez grande et profonde, régulièrement nettoyée et la qualité de l’eau est propre. La maison est climatisée à notre guise. Une plage est située pas loin ainsi que des commerces. Je recommande donc cette villa aux personnes qui ont un moyen de déplacement. Vous y trouverez votre bonheur.

The place was amazing, the host was super helpful however, a few things are missing that would help these things are a hair dryer, iron and also a manual book to help the visitors. Overall it was a good stay and the host helped us with everything we needed. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.The house was exceptionally well equipped - absolutely nothing was missing. There was a full set of kitchenware, as well as all the essential spices for cooking. The refrigerator was stocked with drinking water and ice, and we were pleasantly welcomed with a bottle of wine and some candies. There was also everything we needed for our stay, including laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies, paper towels, napkins, soap, and shampoo.The house was spotless, and the outdoor area was clean and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly in every room, and the TVs also worked flawlessly.One feature we especially appreciated was the outdoor seating. There were several tables and chairs placed around different sides of the house. This meant that, depending on the time of day, if one side was in direct sunlight, we could always relax comfortably in the shade on the opposite side. It was a thoughtful detail that made our stay even more enjoyable.Communication with the hosts was easy, friendly, and professional. They responded quickly to all our questions, and both the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly simple and hassle-free.Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The house exceeded our expectations and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity and wholeheartedly recommend it to future guests.

We had a lovely stay here as a family, there was 6 of us. Georgia was very accommodating and always reachable whenever I needed anything. The house is beautiful just a shame we came during a cold month and couldn’t utilise the pool. Georgia even sent some recommendations for restaurants and florist as I was there for my birthday and it was most helpful.

I have just returned from a week away with my husband and friends and had a wonderful time! The villa was beautiful and in the perfect location! 3 beaches, a local supermarket and lots of very good restaurants were all within walking distance. It's a lovely area and I've never felt safer being abroad! The hosts were super and really quick to respond to any enquiries. We are looking to return again next year already!
