Vi leide villaen i en uke. Ut i fra beskrivelsen i annonsen var plassen slik som oppgitt. Verten svarte alltid raskt og var behjelpelig med blant annet og gi oss nummer til en som kunne gi oss skyss fram og tilbake til flyplassen og villaen. Vi fikk en limousin til 80euro en vei. Vi hadde et svært hyggelig opphold. Det ligger i et rolig nabolag uten masse støy. Vi fikk levert mat på døren dagen etter ankomst, slik at vi hadde til å lage oss frokost den første dagen. Bassenget ble også rengjort to ganger under vårt opphold. Villaen ligger i gåavstand til flere strender, men vil anbefale MMAD Beach som ligger 5min unna. Her finnes det også en resturant hvor du kan gå opp å kjøpe noe og spise og de har en iskrem-disk. Ca. 5-10 minutter gåtur unna ligger det også hovedgaten. Her ligger det flere gode restauranter og supermarket. Er du interessert i mer liv og en større turistplass med flere shoppingmuligheter og restauranter, kan du ta en 10min taxitur(15/20 euro) til Protaras,Fig Tree Bay

Відпочивали в цих апартаментах в серпні 24 року. Нас було 3 дорослих і одна дитина. Квартира просторна, світла, чиста, знаходиться близько до пляжу Pernera Beach. Якщо відпочиваєте в високий сезон - це кращий пляж. Ніссі біч буде залюдненим і брудним, а цей пляж малолюдний, чистий, з необхідною інфраструктурою. Нюанс - камʼянистмй вхід, але тапочки для плавання легко вирішують цю проблему.В квартирі є все для комфортного проживання. Дуже ввічлива власниця житла. Вона відгукувалася на всі наші запитання. А коли нам перенесли зворотній рейс на літак, не дивлячись на те, що в неї не було змоги надати нам пізній виїзд через приїзд нових гостей, залишила наші валізи у себе, і домовилася про душ для нас в сусідньому готелі, щоб ми не сиділи в душному місті, а могли очікувати рейс на пляжі. Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок в цих апартаментах.

I have just returned from a week away with my husband and friends and had a wonderful time! The villa was beautiful and in the perfect location! 3 beaches, a local supermarket and lots of very good restaurants were all within walking distance. It's a lovely area and I've never felt safer being abroad! The hosts were super and really quick to respond to any enquiries. We are looking to return again next year already!

This house is located in a privileged area, it is large and has parking for two cars. However, during our stay, we identified several issues, which we pointed out to the property manager during check-out. Unfortunately, her reaction was completely unprofessional, culminating in the sending of personal messages via W.ha.tsA.p.p, in which she told me that she would report me to Airbnb — even though she clarified that "this is not a threat." Specifically, our booking was for 6 adults, while we also had 2 infants and a 3-year-old child with us. Regarding our observations: • The kettle and the dishwasher were rusty. • The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken, meaning the door would close, and we had no privacy. • The pool ladder had only one step (it was broken). • The shower door was damaged, and the water pressure from one of the room faucets was unsatisfactory. • Also, in the downstairs shower, there was no curtain or protective barrier, resulting in water spilling outside.

The house has a perfect location, 75 m from the main street where there were several really good restaurants and cafes. The house was well-kept and offered a wonderful view. The kitchen was well equipped and you could choose your own country from the TV selection.There was no furniture on the roof terrace which was a shame, so we couldn't make use of it. Then there were only two chairs on the balcony, so the evenings had to be spent without a sea view, but on the ground floor it was still so nice.

We have just returned home after the most wonderful week here. Nothing major, but the villa could do with a little bit of maintenance and TLC but I accept that we were late in the season and assume that most of this will happen in quieter months. We only had one set of towels each for the week and whilst there is a washing machine I’d expect maybe at least two sets each for a weeks stay, we went and bought some cheapy beach towels to use around the pool etc, so we could wash and keep our bath towels fresh. The villa itself is stunning and set in a beautiful location with plenty of local amenities (you must try Zorbas and Sashiko!), it is really well equipped and Georgia as a host was brilliant in helping me from the minute we booked. She even arranged a cocktail set for us (enjoy!). It was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. The roof terrace has amazing views but could do with some furniture and sun loungers up there. I’ll 100% be staying here again. Thank you Georgia! 💙

The two flour villa is nice. We enjoy the pool, outside area and the spacious leaving room. Hosts are helpfull - they answer to all my requests and also allow us to late check out. Very comfortable check in process for people who fly during the night. There are restorants and wonderfull beaches near to the house. As in the beck yard you can use parking I recommen to rent a car and explore the island. Cyprus is beautiful place with nice cuisine.

Fabulous modern villa. Large comfortable living area to relax in, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, 3 big bedrooms (1 en-suite and 2 with shared bath but with balconies). Outdoor space is really nice too, with a nice private pool.The location is fantastic. Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. There is also a great walking trail from Fireman’s all the way along the cliff tops. Just beautiful!Georgia was a wonderful host. Responsive to all of our needs and really flexible when we needed it.We visited in Winter, and considering most other areas in this part of Cyprus close down in November, Kapparis largely remains open and is really nice and quiet.Highly highly recommend a stay at Georgia’s

Tasos and the family were great ,they were always available to help and gave us recommendations about local good places and activities, the house is amazing and fully equipped with all you need and much more. The fridge was full of beers ,variety of soft drinks and wine and many more goods. The home is very very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the basement was like a paradise for the kids ( and the adults)with pool table, ping pong,darts,big Tv . The location is in a walk distance from the turtle bay and Konnos beach that was amazing , every morning we open with snorkeling with turtles!!! We will definitely come back . Thank you very much.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incantevole nella villa. La zona é molto tranquilla e ci sono 2 bellissime spiagge raggiungibili a piedi. Ci sono anche ristoranti, supermercati e farmacia - tutto a portata di mano per una vacanza senza pensieri. La villa é bella e la piscina e prato sono molto puliti e ben tenuti. Georgia è un ottimo host, ci ha fornito anche i lettini e seggiolini per i bambini. A piano terra troverete una cucina attrezzata, ampio salotto e una zona appena fuori con in tavolo, sedie e divanetto per godere una bella vista mare. Al primo piano c’e una camera da letto con bagno e la doccia en suite a altre 2 stanze con un bagno e la doccia in comune sul piano. Giú, invece c’è un’altra camera da letto e un bagno con la doccia accanto. In più c’è stanza adibita a lavanderia, e un’altra piccola stanzetta con un divano. Di fronte a questa stanzetta c’è un bagno. La casa é spaziosa e molto piacevole per trascorrere la vacanza in serenità e tranquillità.Grazie Georgia!

Villa was as described and gave all 8 of us that stayed good, clean seperate spaces as well as also enjoying the additional games available to us in the basement below. Area was lovely and quiet, overlooking the sea and being only being a short walk away from Cyclops Cave and Konnos beach.

This property was amazing, everything you need for your stay, the Host and his family could not be more helpful, truly a fanatic stay. My family really enjoyed every minute of their holiday here we definitely stay again next year if it’s available.The host helped on everything we wanted to do around the area with great advice. Le séjour que nous avons passé mes amis et moi était excellent. La maison était propre et conforme à la description et aux photos. Cette dernière est très bien située, à proximité des restaurants et de la plage et à seulement 15 min en voiture de Aya napa. We had a lovely stay here as a family, there was 6 of us. Georgia was very accommodating and always reachable whenever I needed anything. The house is beautiful just a shame we came during a cold month and couldn’t utilise the pool. Georgia even sent some recommendations for restaurants and florist as I was there for my birthday and it was most helpful.
