The two flour villa is nice. We enjoy the pool, outside area and the spacious leaving room. Hosts are helpfull - they answer to all my requests and also allow us to late check out. Very comfortable check in process for people who fly during the night. There are restorants and wonderfull beaches near to the house. As in the beck yard you can use parking I recommen to rent a car and explore the island. Cyprus is beautiful place with nice cuisine.

Lovely villa in a great location. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to Protaras and 15 minutes to Ayia Napa. Walking distance to a variety of beaches and fabulous neighbours that were very helpful in recommending local restaurants.Plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance of the Villa. I would highly recommend for both a family or group holiday, especially for the price. All around, myself and 5 others had a great stay 👍

Great stay with my family, few issues nail sticking out of floor in one of bathrooms as the door catcher is broken so it just balancing on top and my 1 year old soon sussed that out so that was a hazard, eyelash extensions found on the floor throughout hasn’t been cleaned to a 5* quality standard from the last people, location good however I would recommend a car to get around to different beaches etc. Overall good stay

Відпочивали в цих апартаментах в серпні 24 року. Нас було 3 дорослих і одна дитина. Квартира просторна, світла, чиста, знаходиться близько до пляжу Pernera Beach. Якщо відпочиваєте в високий сезон - це кращий пляж. Ніссі біч буде залюдненим і брудним, а цей пляж малолюдний, чистий, з необхідною інфраструктурою. Нюанс - камʼянистмй вхід, але тапочки для плавання легко вирішують цю проблему.В квартирі є все для комфортного проживання. Дуже ввічлива власниця житла. Вона відгукувалася на всі наші запитання. А коли нам перенесли зворотній рейс на літак, не дивлячись на те, що в неї не було змоги надати нам пізній виїзд через приїзд нових гостей, залишила наші валізи у себе, і домовилася про душ для нас в сусідньому готелі, щоб ми не сиділи в душному місті, а могли очікувати рейс на пляжі. Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок в цих апартаментах.

Georgia’s villa was absolutely perfect! She messaged me prior to check in with all the info required to enter the property and the photos were extremely accurate. The villa is located right by the ocean and you can take a lovely & very scenic coastal walk into Protaras town (1hr) or rent buggies and quads from nearby. The location is quiet and peaceful and the amenities were 10/10 with a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker etc. It was super clean and the pool / lounge area is stunning. Absolutely loved every second of our stay. Thank you Georgia!

The photos of this villa don’t do it justice. It was absolutely spectacular. The views from the rooftop, the games room keeping the kids entertained, the two self contained levels that are laid out the same allowed our whole family to have their own space. Fabulous modern villa. Large comfortable living area to relax in, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, 3 big bedrooms (1 en-suite and 2 with shared bath but with balconies). Outdoor space is really nice too, with a nice private pool.The location is fantastic. Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. There is also a great walking trail from Fireman’s all the way along the cliff tops. Just beautiful!Georgia was a wonderful host. Wir hatten einer sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa, zu sechst hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus ist super geräumig drinnen als auch draußen. Alles nötige war vorhanden, der Zugang ist einfach und die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem sind viele schöne Strände in unter 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Georgia war bei Problemen sofort zu erreichen und kam sogar persönlich vorbei. Wir hätten uns eventuell ein paar mehr Handtücher und Klopapier gewünscht Außerdem wurde es schnell dreckig, da keine Putzmittel und Lappen da waren und niemand zum reinigen kam, nur der Pool wurde alle paar Tage gesäubert. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Georgia was very responsive and immediately resolved the issue (our bbq was missing but that was resolved 5 minutes later). The house was modern, exactly like in the photos, however it needs a small revamp (paint walls, fix the balcony glass etc - although nothing major that would affect our experience). The pool, showers and linens were clean, but a thorough cleaning in all rooms is needed. Overall, the location was great, close to all amenities but no noise from the main street at all. The garden area is very big with lots of grass to play, a clean pool and a big area to relax on the sun beds, dine on the dining table or sit on the lounge set. I would stay again!

Très bon logement pour 6 personnes avec la piscine. Pas loin de Ayia Napa mais nous avons dû louer des véhicules car les taxis n’acceptaient pas nos courses de la maison jusqu’à la ville. La fenêtre de la salle de bain était cassée à notre arrivée. Mis apart ces petits problèmes, très belle villa situé dans un endroit calme et agréable, la piscine est assez grande et profonde, régulièrement nettoyée et la qualité de l’eau est propre. La maison est climatisée à notre guise. Une plage est située pas loin ainsi que des commerces. Je recommande donc cette villa aux personnes qui ont un moyen de déplacement. Vous y trouverez votre bonheur.

We were a party of six people that stayed at Georgia’s place for 10 nights and it was great! The location in Kapparis was a perfect fit for us with quiet surroundings and great restaurants just outside the door. While still in short taxi distance to Protaras (Fig Tree bay) and Ayia Napa. The two beaches that was closest to the Villa was also very nice. Georgia was very helpful whenever we asked anything and always replied fast. We really enjoyed the Villa and its amenities. Less crowded. Close to restaurants and shops. Nice area. This house is located in a privileged area, it is large and has parking for two cars. However, during our stay, we identified several issues, which we pointed out to the property manager during check-out. Unfortunately, her reaction was completely unprofessional, culminating in the sending of personal messages via W.ha.tsA.p.p, in which she told me that she would report me to Airbnb — even though she clarified that "this is not a threat." Specifically, our booking was for 6 adults, while we also had 2 infants and a 3-year-old child with us. Regarding our observations: • The kettle and the dishwasher were rusty. • The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken, meaning the door would close, and we had no privacy. • The pool ladder had only one step (it was broken). • The shower door was damaged, and the water pressure from one of the room faucets was unsatisfactory. • Also, in the downstairs shower, there was no curtain or protective barrier, resulting in water spilling outside.

Miejsce godne polecenia! 🙂 Mieszkanie jest spore, dobrze zorganizowane. 2 ładne sypialnie. Jest dobrze wyposażone. Gospodarz, to nie jest zwykły gospodarz tylko Super Host! 🙂 Jest cały czas gotowy żeby pomóc, ponadto jest pełen życzliwości i otwartości. Dobra energia właściciela i mieszkania 🙂Mieszkanie jest trochę na uboczu, a jednak wszędzie blisko. 2 ulice dalej sklep czynny do 01:00. W okolicy również przystanek autobusowy na lotnisko. Do centrum jakieś 15-20 minut spacerem. Plaże piękne. Dużo restauracji.Jeżeli miałabym kiedyś wrócić na Cypr, to napewno wynajmowałabym ponownie ten lokal 🙂Ah! Nie wspomniałam o mieszkających na podwórzu kotach 😺 Jest ich chyba z 10. Mieliśmy swoich odważnych ulubieńców. Warto zaopatrzyć się w kocie smaczki 🙂 Koty są przyjaźnie nastawione. Ciężko przejść obojętnie i z którymś nie wrócić 🙂 Dla mnie są atutem mieszkania :)))

Musán Boutiqe Apartman 🥇- Nagyon szuper szállás!!!! A képek a szállásról valódiak, nincs szépítés ....minden úgy ahogy a képek mutataják!!! Családommal(6fő) fiam szülinapját ünnepeltük 2 kis unokámmal 5 és 8 éves kislányok. Úgy éreztük magunkat mint otthon. Mindennel el van látva az apartman!!! A tengerpart , MUSAN 5 perc sétára van . A bolt a sarkon ahogy be kanyarodunk a szállásra. A központ kb.20 perc séta 2 kisgyerekkel akik mindig a cicákat etették.🙂 A Nissi beach is kb.ugyan olyan távolságra van a szállástól. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Moderne Einrichtung und toller Garten mit Pool. Die Terrassen sind traumhaft und man kann sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch -Untergang genießen. Toller Ausblick bis zum Meer. Wir waren zu viert und drei Schlafzimmer sind echt super. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und haben wenig Ablagefläche und keine Steckdose. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich. Leider haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Ansonsten ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Georgia haben wir nie persönlich getroffen, sie war für uns nur über Handy erreichbar. Darüber hat sie allerdings immer schnell geantwortet. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Mir persönlich fehlten ein paar Infos zur näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Zypern bzw. in Protaras und mussten uns erstmal zurechtfinden. In der Vorsaison ist noch nicht viel los, der nahegelegene Supermarkt war noch geschlossen, allerdings mehrere gute Restaurants und auch der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.

I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone.The location was fantastic, with a short walk to a couple of beaches, Konnos Beach & Andreas beach, the views are amazing from Konnos Beach. We hired a car so explored Cyprus further, Fig Tree Bay beach was really good with water sports activities to do. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away, Nissi beach was beautiful there. The restaurants in both Protaras & Ayia Napa were excellent.Thank you to the host for checking in with us most days and being so kind, couldn’t do enough for us & made us feel really comfortable.We will be back in the future for sure. Thank you again

Great villa with a great host, Tasos, who kept in contact over text and gave recommendations of places to visit. Villa was as described and gave all 8 of us that stayed good, clean seperate spaces as well as also enjoying the additional games available to us in the basement below. Area was lovely and quiet, overlooking the sea and being only being a short walk away from Cyclops Cave and Konnos beach.

Fantasztikus 4 napot töltöttünk el a Villa Melindában. A ház mindennel maximálisan feszerelt, ragyogóan tiszta és nagyon kényelmes akár 6 ember számára is. A medence csodálatos és a körülötte lévő napágyak is jó minőségűek. Igényes és csendes környéken van a ház. Mindenkinek ajánlom én szeretnék még visszatérni ide ha Cipruson járok.

Super modern luxury villa . Just Like advertised. a lot of space. big kitchen - living area. big pool with steps and outside shower. fantastic sea view. dishwasher, Washing machine, 3 Toilets. Showers are a bit tiny, but ok. need a 🫧 Ng for the pool area as gets slippery when wet. also, it's quite close to the other villas , if you don't like noise and overhearing neighbors conversations outside it's not your place but that always depends who's next door. overall we would book here again. we love Kapparis area. recommend a car to explore all beaches !

The villa itself is very modern and clean with a large open plan kitchen/lounge, patio doors opening on to the pool area, it’s with in walking distance to some restaurant and shops but it’s a good 10mins drive to the main district of Protaras.The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage.Bathrooms are very small and the shower cubicles doors didn’t close properly. There is obviously another villa they rent out and the photos that are shown of the bathroom is of the other villa, also could do with more toilet paper as quite spare.Not ideal if you like privacy for sunbathing as there is only some trees separating the villas and also next door used to come in to our villa’s garden as a short cut as shown in photo.If only staying for a week there is no clean towels and you’re expected to wash them you’re self as there is a washing machine.Pool looked cloudy even tho the pool guy came to clean it once while we were there and also it left our bathing clothes green!.Could do with a booklet with some info about the villa and things to do, taxi numbers etc.

L’hébergement est parfaitement agencé : deux appartements de deux chambres, un rooftop et une salle de sport en sous-sol avec billard, fléchettes et ping-pong. L’équipement est complet et de grande qualité. Le quartier est très calme, tout en étant proche de bons restaurants, et deux petites plages ne sont qu’à quelques minutes à pied. En voiture ou en bus, le centre de Protaras est accessible en moins de dix minutes.Au delà de ça, Tasos et sa famille sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et font leur maximum pour que votre séjour soit réussi : dès notre arrivée, le réfrigérateur était rempli de boissons et de glaces, et chaque jour, nous recevions des suggestions d’excursions et de visites. À notre départ, ils nous ont offert des spécialités locales pour prolonger le plaisir.En un mot, une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés ! Merci encore pour ce séjour mémorable.
