The photos of this villa don’t do it justice. It was absolutely spectacular. The views from the rooftop, the games room keeping the kids entertained, the two self contained levels that are laid out the same allowed our whole family to have their own space. It all worked so well. We will definitely be coming back in future. The hosts were also really helpful and helped us to settle in by showing us around and how to work everything around the villa. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The villa has three spacious bedrooms, was spotlessly clean, and felt fresh throughout. The pool is a great size and perfect for relaxing, and there are four comfortable sun loungers along with an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals outside.The private driveway is a great bonus, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun with complete privacy.George (owner) was an excellent host – friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help if we needed anything.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely come back!

Fabulous modern villa. Large comfortable living area to relax in, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, 3 big bedrooms (1 en-suite and 2 with shared bath but with balconies). Outdoor space is really nice too, with a nice private pool.The location is fantastic. Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. There is also a great walking trail from Fireman’s all the way along the cliff tops. Just beautiful!Georgia was a wonderful host. Responsive to all of our needs and really flexible when we needed it.We visited in Winter, and considering most other areas in this part of Cyprus close down in November, Kapparis largely remains open and is really nice and quiet.Highly highly recommend a stay at Georgia’s

We stayed 11 days as a family of five in this lovely house and had an amazing time with an even 29 deg C the whole stay.The host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips on places to visit, beaches, and restaurants - especially Ravioli’s Italian Restaurant, just 7-8 min walk away, which became our favorite.Turtle Beach was only a 5 min walk, and from there, a short stroll to beautiful Konnos Beach. On quiet days, we enjoyed the pool and the basement recreation room, fun for the adults as well as the kids.A grocery store and bus stop were just 3 minutes away, with easy access to lively Ayia Napa and in the other direction, to the more peaceful Protaras with it's lovely Fig Tree Bay (Protaras Beach).The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. A/C in all bed- and living rooms was very convenient to say the least. The area felt safe and peaceful, and we loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings.We’re leaving with great memories and would love to return!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Betten waren himmlisch gut, die Terrasse teils überdacht (guter Sonnenschutz), teils war sonnen möglich. Der Pool war angenehm temperiert und sauber. Das Trinkwasserfiltersystem hat uns gute Dienste geleistet und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben gut und gerne dort gekocht. Nachts war es herrlich ruhig, keine bellenden Hunde oder Motorgeräusche. Gerne wieder einmal. Danke, Georgia!
