It is located near the beach, and most importantly, if there is a storm at sea, this beach will always be calm, as it is protected by piers. This is very convenient in windy and stormy weather. There is a shop nearby, as well as a restaurant and bar. The area is safe, and the complex is gated, which is very reliable. Thank you.

On quiet days, we enjoyed the pool and the basement recreation room, fun for the adults as well as the kids.A grocery store and bus stop were just 3 minutes away, with easy access to lively Ayia Napa and in the other direction, to the more peaceful Protaras with it's lovely Fig Tree Bay (Protaras Beach).The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. A/C in all bed- and living rooms was very convenient to say the least. The area felt safe and peaceful, and we loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings.We’re leaving with great memories and would love to return!
