It has everything you need to relax and enjoy Cyprus: a large, clean swimming pool, a huge terrace, two floors, and a wonderful rooftop where you can sunbathe, watch the sunrise, or enjoy breathtaking sunsets.A special thanks to the host — an incredibly kind and responsive person! Τις δύο πρώτες ημέρες αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα πρόβλημα με τα δύο κλιματιστικά. Η Γεωργία (διαχειρίστρια) ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα, ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για να επιλύσει το πρόβλημα. Μάλιστα, προχώρησε άμεσα στην αντικατάσταση του ενός κλιματιστικού, γεγονός που δείχνει το πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον της για την άνεση των επισκεπτών της. Την ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την άψογη επικοινωνία και τη φιλοξενία της. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ θετική και θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

The house has a perfect location, 75 m from the main street where there were several really good restaurants and cafes. The house was well-kept and offered a wonderful view. The kitchen was well equipped and you could choose your own country from the TV selection.There was no furniture on the roof terrace which was a shame, so we couldn't make use of it. Then there were only two chairs on the balcony, so the evenings had to be spent without a sea view, but on the ground floor it was still so nice.

We were a party of six people that stayed at Georgia’s place for 10 nights and it was great! The location in Kapparis was a perfect fit for us with quiet surroundings and great restaurants just outside the door. While still in short taxi distance to Protaras (Fig Tree bay) and Ayia Napa. The two beaches that was closest to the Villa was also very nice. Georgia was very helpful whenever we asked anything and always replied fast. We really enjoyed the Villa and its amenities. We will sure be back! 🤩

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Moderne Einrichtung und toller Garten mit Pool. Die Terrassen sind traumhaft und man kann sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch -Untergang genießen. Toller Ausblick bis zum Meer. Wir waren zu viert und drei Schlafzimmer sind echt super. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und haben wenig Ablagefläche und keine Steckdose. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich. Leider haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Ansonsten ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Georgia haben wir nie persönlich getroffen, sie war für uns nur über Handy erreichbar. Darüber hat sie allerdings immer schnell geantwortet. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Mir persönlich fehlten ein paar Infos zur näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Zypern bzw. in Protaras und mussten uns erstmal zurechtfinden. In der Vorsaison ist noch nicht viel los, der nahegelegene Supermarkt war noch geschlossen, allerdings mehrere gute Restaurants und auch der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.
