Georgia’s villa was absolutely perfect! She messaged me prior to check in with all the info required to enter the property and the photos were extremely accurate. The villa is located right by the ocean and you can take a lovely & very scenic coastal walk into Protaras town (1hr) or rent buggies and quads from nearby. The location is quiet and peaceful and the amenities were 10/10 with a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker etc. It was super clean and the pool / lounge area is stunning. Absolutely loved every second of our stay. Thank you Georgia!

Was very happy with this Villa 🙂 The place is beautiful and nice and peaceful. It has all the amenities as well as a few teas and coffees ready for when you arrive. Pool was very clean and goes quite deep as well! Indiviudal aircons in the rooms were fantastic considering how hot it was when we arrived (35-40 degrees c).It was the perfect locaiton for us, close enough to Ayia Napa to drive in our rental (15-20 mins), or get a taxi on Bolt, or food delivery on Wolt, but far enough away to be private and peaceful. It's not exactly walkable to much, maybe 20 minutes to Siren's beach, and 30 minutes to a small supermarket. It's about 20 mins to a Lidl via driving though! Additionally, its close to two of the best beaches around (Nissi & Makronissos).Host was responsive and lovely, however it did take us a couple u-turns to find the place when we arrived (easy once you know!). We were suprised by the lack of reviews for this Villa, as its well worth the reasonable price tag. 10/10.

Είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή και απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τις διακοπές μας στο διαμέρισμα. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Τις δύο πρώτες ημέρες αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα πρόβλημα με τα δύο κλιματιστικά. Η Γεωργία (διαχειρίστρια) ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα, ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για να επιλύσει το πρόβλημα. Μάλιστα, προχώρησε άμεσα στην αντικατάσταση του ενός κλιματιστικού, γεγονός που δείχνει το πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον της για την άνεση των επισκεπτών της. Την ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την άψογη επικοινωνία και τη φιλοξενία της. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ θετική και θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We stayed at this villa in Paralimni and absolutely loved it! The villa is perfect for a family vacation — spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy Cyprus: a large, clean swimming pool, a huge terrace, two floors, and a wonderful rooftop where you can sunbathe, watch the sunrise, or enjoy breathtaking sunsets.A special thanks to the host — an incredibly kind and responsive person! She is always available, replies instantly, and helps with anything you might need. Thanks to her, our stay was completely stress-free.The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to three beautiful beaches, bars, and shops. The villa also has its own private, gated parking area — only guests can enter, which gives an added sense of comfort, safety, and privacy. And around the villa, there are many scenic walking trails where you can enjoy nature, the sea breeze, and the stunning Cypriot landscapes.We highly recommend this place! It’s truly somewhere you’ll want to come back to again
