We stayed 11 days as a family of five in this lovely house and had an amazing time with an even 29 deg C the whole stay.The host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips on places to visit, beaches, and restaurants - especially Ravioli’s Italian Restaurant, just 7-8 min walk away, which became our favorite.Turtle Beach was only a 5 min walk, and from there, a short stroll to beautiful Konnos Beach. On quiet days, we enjoyed the pool and the basement recreation room, fun for the adults as well as the kids.A grocery store and bus stop were just 3 minutes away, with easy access to lively Ayia Napa and in the other direction, to the more peaceful Protaras with it's lovely Fig Tree Bay (Protaras Beach).The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. A/C in all bed- and living rooms was very convenient to say the least. The area felt safe and peaceful, and we loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings.We’re leaving with great memories and would love to return!

Відпочивали в цих апартаментах в серпні 24 року. Нас було 3 дорослих і одна дитина. Квартира просторна, світла, чиста, знаходиться близько до пляжу Pernera Beach. Якщо відпочиваєте в високий сезон - це кращий пляж. Ніссі біч буде залюдненим і брудним, а цей пляж малолюдний, чистий, з необхідною інфраструктурою. Нюанс - камʼянистмй вхід, але тапочки для плавання легко вирішують цю проблему.В квартирі є все для комфортного проживання. Дуже ввічлива власниця житла. Вона відгукувалася на всі наші запитання. А коли нам перенесли зворотній рейс на літак, не дивлячись на те, що в неї не було змоги надати нам пізній виїзд через приїзд нових гостей, залишила наші валізи у себе, і домовилася про душ для нас в сусідньому готелі, щоб ми не сиділи в душному місті, а могли очікувати рейс на пляжі. Нам дуже сподобався відпочинок в цих апартаментах.

The location is convenient, but you will need a car. Well-equipped villa with everything you need. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other room has 2 bunk beds. Large living room with kitchen on the first floor, large 65-inch TV. Each room has air conditioning. The balcony on the second floor has a great view. There is a barbecue area in the yard. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to Sunrise beach and about 35-40 minutes on foot to Fig tree bay. Also behind Fig tree bay is the incredibly picturesque Konnos beach. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby (3-5 minutes by car)

We really enjoyed our week in Georgia's villa. The house was really big and apart from a few basic groceries for cooking, everything was there. The proximity to the beautiful beaches is a plus, and there are also a few supermarkets within a short time.

We have just returned home after the most wonderful week here. Nothing major, but the villa could do with a little bit of maintenance and TLC but I accept that we were late in the season and assume that most of this will happen in quieter months. We only had one set of towels each for the week and whilst there is a washing machine I’d expect maybe at least two sets each for a weeks stay, we went and bought some cheapy beach towels to use around the pool etc, so we could wash and keep our bath towels fresh. The villa itself is stunning and set in a beautiful location with plenty of local amenities (you must try Zorbas and Sashiko!), it is really well equipped and Georgia as a host was brilliant in helping me from the minute we booked. She even arranged a cocktail set for us (enjoy!). It was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. The roof terrace has amazing views but could do with some furniture and sun loungers up there. I’ll 100% be staying here again. Thank you Georgia! 💙
