Am petrecut 5 zile la Villa Allegra, o locatie frumoasa, intr-o zona linistita, foarte curat, piscina a fost foarte curata, sunt sezlonguri, prosoape de baie, vila are 3 dormitoare, 3 bai, un living spatios si o bucatarie utilata cu tot ceea ce este necesar(frigider, cuptor, cuptor cu microunde, expresor, masina de slapat, masina de spalat vase, vesela). Fiecare camera are aer conditionat, mobila este noua si foarte bine aleasa. Exista si un dulap plin cu jocuri de societate. Distanta pana la plaja este de 10 minute, sunt multe magazine si restaurante la 5-6 minute de mers pe jos.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house. Very comfortable, nice decor, clean. Good location - close to Pernera strip with all the restaurants & numerous beaches nearby. Big yard area with BBQ facilities. Amazing pool - crystal clear water throughout the whole stay. Great customer service; big thank you to Georgia, our contact person - very responsive and available to us at all times. Will definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.The room also had air conditioning and everything we needed, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or looking for anything else. All we had to think about was our clothes and where to go for our next adventure! 😊Overall, it was a very convenient, comfortable, and relaxing experience. Lovely house. Pool is not big but enough to cool down. Great road and fantastic beach in walking distance. Beautiful clear water. Paramlimni is a full tone and of course Agia Napa 20 minutes away. Not sure I’d pay park summer prices. Otherwise would come back!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.The house was exceptionally well equipped - absolutely nothing was missing. There was a full set of kitchenware, as well as all the essential spices for cooking. The refrigerator was stocked with drinking water and ice, and we were pleasantly welcomed with a bottle of wine and some candies. There was also everything we needed for our stay, including laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies, paper towels, napkins, soap, and shampoo.The house was spotless, and the outdoor area was clean and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly in every room, and the TVs also worked flawlessly.One feature we especially appreciated was the outdoor seating. There were several tables and chairs placed around different sides of the house. This meant that, depending on the time of day, if one side was in direct sunlight, we could always relax comfortably in the shade on the opposite side. It was a thoughtful detail that made our stay even more enjoyable.Communication with the hosts was easy, friendly, and professional. They responded quickly to all our questions, and both the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly simple and hassle-free.Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The house exceeded our expectations and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity and wholeheartedly recommend it to future guests.

Georgia was very responsive and immediately resolved the issue (our bbq was missing but that was resolved 5 minutes later). The house was modern, exactly like in the photos, however it needs a small revamp (paint walls, fix the balcony glass etc - although nothing major that would affect our experience). The pool, showers and linens were clean, but a thorough cleaning in all rooms is needed. Overall, the location was great, close to all amenities but no noise from the main street at all. The garden area is very big with lots of grass to play, a clean pool and a big area to relax on the sun beds, dine on the dining table or sit on the lounge set. I would stay again!
