Fabulous modern villa. Large comfortable living area to relax in, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, 3 big bedrooms (1 en-suite and 2 with shared bath but with balconies). Outdoor space is really nice too, with a nice private pool.The location is fantastic. Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. There is also a great walking trail from Fireman’s all the way along the cliff tops. Just beautiful!Georgia was a wonderful host. Responsive to all of our needs and really flexible when we needed it.We visited in Winter, and considering most other areas in this part of Cyprus close down in November, Kapparis largely remains open and is really nice and quiet.Highly highly recommend a stay at Georgia’s

We really enjoyed our week in Georgia's villa. The house was really big and apart from a few basic groceries for cooking, everything was there. The proximity to the beautiful beaches is a plus, and there are also a few supermarkets within a short time.

Am petrecut 5 zile la Villa Allegra, o locatie frumoasa, intr-o zona linistita, foarte curat, piscina a fost foarte curata, sunt sezlonguri, prosoape de baie, vila are 3 dormitoare, 3 bai, un living spatios si o bucatarie utilata cu tot ceea ce este necesar(frigider, cuptor, cuptor cu microunde, expresor, masina de slapat, masina de spalat vase, vesela). Fiecare camera are aer conditionat, mobila este noua si foarte bine aleasa. Exista si un dulap plin cu jocuri de societate. Distanta pana la plaja este de 10 minute, sunt multe magazine si restaurante la 5-6 minute de mers pe jos.

Wow this villa was just incredible! It was actually better than the photos which is rare. Everything was perfect. The best villa we’ve ever stayed in, so well equipped & so peaceful, everything you could ever possibly need. The decor was beautiful throughout the villa, cosy in every room.The games room in the basement was brilliant for the children to escape to. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone.The location was fantastic, with a short walk to a couple of beaches, Konnos Beach & Andreas beach, the views are amazing from Konnos Beach. We hired a car so explored Cyprus further, Fig Tree Bay beach was really good with water sports activities to do. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away, Nissi beach was beautiful there. The restaurants in both Protaras & Ayia Napa were excellent.Thank you to the host for checking in with us most days and being so kind, couldn’t do enough for us & made us feel really comfortable.We will be back in the future for sure. This house is located in a privileged area, it is large and has parking for two cars. However, during our stay, we identified several issues, which we pointed out to the property manager during check-out. Unfortunately, her reaction was completely unprofessional, culminating in the sending of personal messages via W.ha.tsA.p.p, in which she told me that she would report me to Airbnb — even though she clarified that "this is not a threat." Specifically, our booking was for 6 adults, while we also had 2 infants and a 3-year-old child with us. Regarding our observations: • The kettle and the dishwasher were rusty. • The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken, meaning the door would close, and we had no privacy. • The pool ladder had only one step (it was broken). • The shower door was damaged, and the water pressure from one of the room faucets was unsatisfactory. • Also, in the downstairs shower, there was no curtain or protective barrier, resulting in water spilling outside.
