However, during our stay, we identified several issues, which we pointed out to the property manager during check-out. Unfortunately, her reaction was completely unprofessional, culminating in the sending of personal messages via W.ha.tsA.p.p, in which she told me that she would report me to Airbnb — even though she clarified that "this is not a threat." Specifically, our booking was for 6 adults, while we also had 2 infants and a 3-year-old child with us. Regarding our observations: • The kettle and the dishwasher were rusty. • The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken, meaning the door would close, and we had no privacy. • The pool ladder had only one step (it was broken). • The shower door was damaged, and the water pressure from one of the room faucets was unsatisfactory. • Also, in the downstairs shower, there was no curtain or protective barrier, resulting in water spilling outside.
