We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The villa has three spacious bedrooms, was spotlessly clean, and felt fresh throughout. The pool is a great size and perfect for relaxing, and there are four comfortable sun loungers along with an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals outside.The private driveway is a great bonus, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun with complete privacy.George (owner) was an excellent host – friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help if we needed anything.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely come back!

Fabulous modern villa. Large comfortable living area to relax in, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, 3 big bedrooms (1 en-suite and 2 with shared bath but with balconies). Outdoor space is really nice too, with a nice private pool.The location is fantastic. Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. There is also a great walking trail from Fireman’s all the way along the cliff tops. Just beautiful!Georgia was a wonderful host. Responsive to all of our needs and really flexible when we needed it.We visited in Winter, and considering most other areas in this part of Cyprus close down in November, Kapparis largely remains open and is really nice and quiet.Highly highly recommend a stay at Georgia’s

Our stay at this villa in Cyprus was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. The villa was spotless and had every comfort you could wish for. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, down to the smallest details like a rag, sponge, and top-quality appliances—nothing extra needed to be bought.The villa's layout is versatile, essentially allowing it to be split into two separate apartments, which was very convenient for hosting guests. The bedrooms had nice, firm mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Vi leide villaen i en uke. Ut i fra beskrivelsen i annonsen var plassen slik som oppgitt. Verten svarte alltid raskt og var behjelpelig med blant annet og gi oss nummer til en som kunne gi oss skyss fram og tilbake til flyplassen og villaen. Vi fikk en limousin til 80euro en vei. Vi hadde et svært hyggelig opphold. Det ligger i et rolig nabolag uten masse støy. Vi fikk levert mat på døren dagen etter ankomst, slik at vi hadde til å lage oss frokost den første dagen. Bassenget ble også rengjort to ganger under vårt opphold. Villaen ligger i gåavstand til flere strender, men vil anbefale MMAD Beach som ligger 5min unna. Her finnes det også en resturant hvor du kan gå opp å kjøpe noe og spise og de har en iskrem-disk. Ca. 5-10 minutter gåtur unna ligger det også hovedgaten. Her ligger det flere gode restauranter og supermarket. Er du interessert i mer liv og en større turistplass med flere shoppingmuligheter og restauranter, kan du ta en 10min taxitur(15/20 euro) til Protaras,Fig Tree Bay

Wir hatten einer sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa, zu sechst hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus ist super geräumig drinnen als auch draußen. Alles nötige war vorhanden, der Zugang ist einfach und die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem sind viele schöne Strände in unter 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Georgia war bei Problemen sofort zu erreichen und kam sogar persönlich vorbei. Wir hätten uns eventuell ein paar mehr Handtücher und Klopapier gewünscht Außerdem wurde es schnell dreckig, da keine Putzmittel und Lappen da waren und niemand zum reinigen kam, nur der Pool wurde alle paar Tage gesäubert. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

The location is convenient, but you will need a car. Well-equipped villa with everything you need. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other room has 2 bunk beds. Large living room with kitchen on the first floor, large 65-inch TV. Each room has air conditioning. The balcony on the second floor has a great view. There is a barbecue area in the yard. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to Sunrise beach and about 35-40 minutes on foot to Fig tree bay. Also behind Fig tree bay is the incredibly picturesque Konnos beach. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby (3-5 minutes by car)
