The photos of this villa don’t do it justice. It was absolutely spectacular. The views from the rooftop, the games room keeping the kids entertained, the two self contained levels that are laid out the same allowed our whole family to have their own space. It all worked so well. We will definitely be coming back in future. The hosts were also really helpful and helped us to settle in by showing us around and how to work everything around the villa. Lovely villa in a great location. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to Protaras and 15 minutes to Ayia Napa. Walking distance to a variety of beaches and fabulous neighbours that were very helpful in recommending local restaurants.Plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance of the Villa. I would highly recommend for both a family or group holiday, especially for the price. All around, myself and 5 others had a great stay 👍

What a gem! Sparking clean modern villa with everything you need to have a relaxing family break. Location is great with many activities and restaurants nearby. The beach is a short walk away with full amenities and gorgeous. The host is responsive and helpful. Would come back several times!

The location is convenient, but you will need a car. Well-equipped villa with everything you need. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other room has 2 bunk beds. Large living room with kitchen on the first floor, large 65-inch TV. Each room has air conditioning. The balcony on the second floor has a great view. There is a barbecue area in the yard. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to Sunrise beach and about 35-40 minutes on foot to Fig tree bay. Also behind Fig tree bay is the incredibly picturesque Konnos beach. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby (3-5 minutes by car)

Wir haben die Villa sehr genossen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist so wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sensationell , Restaurant, Supermarket und Strand sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Badezimmer sind eher klein. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Zu empfehlen wäre noch ein zusätzliches Set Badetücher. Die Villa würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
