Was very happy with this Villa 🙂 The place is beautiful and nice and peaceful. It has all the amenities as well as a few teas and coffees ready for when you arrive. Pool was very clean and goes quite deep as well! Indiviudal aircons in the rooms were fantastic considering how hot it was when we arrived (35-40 degrees c).It was the perfect locaiton for us, close enough to Ayia Napa to drive in our rental (15-20 mins), or get a taxi on Bolt, or food delivery on Wolt, but far enough away to be private and peaceful. It's not exactly walkable to much, maybe 20 minutes to Siren's beach, and 30 minutes to a small supermarket. It's about 20 mins to a Lidl via driving though! Additionally, its close to two of the best beaches around (Nissi & Makronissos).Host was responsive and lovely, however it did take us a couple u-turns to find the place when we arrived (easy once you know!). We were suprised by the lack of reviews for this Villa, as its well worth the reasonable price tag. 10/10.

Very comfortable check in process for people who fly during the night. There are restorants and wonderfull beaches near to the house. As in the beck yard you can use parking I recommen to rent a car and explore the island. Cyprus is beautiful place with nice cuisine.

I really liked Villa Melinda — Beach & Pool Retreat! The location of the villa and the villa itself are well thought out, you can hide from the sun and at the same time there is a place for those who want to sit in the sun. It is located near the beach, and most importantly, if there is a storm at sea, this beach will always be calm, as it is protected by piers. This is very convenient in windy and stormy weather. The location is convenient, but you will need a car. Well-equipped villa with everything you need. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other room has 2 bunk beds. Large living room with kitchen on the first floor, large 65-inch TV. Each room has air conditioning. The balcony on the second floor has a great view. There is a barbecue area in the yard. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to Sunrise beach and about 35-40 minutes on foot to Fig tree bay. Also behind Fig tree bay is the incredibly picturesque Konnos beach. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby (3-5 minutes by car)

Wow this villa was just incredible! It was actually better than the photos which is rare. Everything was perfect. The best villa we’ve ever stayed in, so well equipped & so peaceful, everything you could ever possibly need. The decor was beautiful throughout the villa, cosy in every room.The games room in the basement was brilliant for the children to escape to. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone.The location was fantastic, with a short walk to a couple of beaches, Konnos Beach & Andreas beach, the views are amazing from Konnos Beach. We hired a car so explored Cyprus further, Fig Tree Bay beach was really good with water sports activities to do. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away, Nissi beach was beautiful there. The restaurants in both Protaras & Ayia Napa were excellent.Thank you to the host for checking in with us most days and being so kind, couldn’t do enough for us & made us feel really comfortable.We will be back in the future for sure. The kitchen was well equipped and you could choose your own country from the TV selection.There was no furniture on the roof terrace which was a shame, so we couldn't make use of it. Then there were only two chairs on the balcony, so the evenings had to be spent without a sea view, but on the ground floor it was still so nice.

The best villa we’ve ever stayed in, so well equipped & so peaceful, everything you could ever possibly need.
