Moonshine Ranch

I highly recommend this ranch if you want to experience a wonderful ride with equally wonderful views. The horses were very obedient and well cared. The horse and ranch owner- Angelo was very nice and cordial. My boyfriend and I came to the ranch on foot from our hotel, he immediately invited us inside and offered us water, we were very gratefull, it was lifesaver in the Cyprus heat. The same thing happened after the ride - he gave us water and we sat chatting for another half an hour. We spent a wonderful evening at the ranch, which we will definitely remember for a long time and when we have the opportunity - we will definitely come back :) It's more than obvious that the owner loves horses and please don’t be fooled by the negative opinions. Angelo is lovely and very nice man :)

Im not a horse rider but my daughter is. The instructor took my daughter and myself for a lovely ride. He was great at what he did and no problem whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this activity.

Great experience for such a reasonable price! The horses were friendly and so was the man who owned them. I had never ridden a horse before, so he had shown me how to properly do this. Ignore the 1 star reviews, it was an excellent 1 hour experience!! We even stopped at good viewpoints to take photos, thank you. Only downside was that the horses did not get offered any food or water and were in direct sunlight after the hour ride, which must have been very difficult for them in the heat.

Best day with a great riding instructor. Great views and the horses were pleasant and friendly. It was my girlfriend and I first time riding and with this great instructor, he took no time getting the basics across. We will definitely be back again the next time we are in Cyprus. This was one of the most enjoyable activities we done this week.

We were staying in the local area so decided to book a horse riding session with Angelous. He was very kind, helpful and attentive. He ensured we were riding safely and knew how to keep the horses safe too. Honestly ignore any negative reviews you see because he is simply a down to earth man with a passion for what he does. He also invited us in for a drink after our ride. Great memories we will never forget.

Very disappointed. My daughter was yelled at for no reason, ride was only 40 min instead of 1h. The group was not given an opportunity to choose the route and we had to wait till the guide ends up having his coffee before we could finally pay and leave. One star for the hourses which were healthy and nice. Not recommended.

After reading some of the comments me (23) and my friend (20) were slightly worried to attend our booking being 2 young girls. However, when we arrived Angelo made us feel welcome and before we knew it we was on the horses. Angelo is firm in his teaching but that is because he wants you to have a great experience and keep both you and the horses safe. Angelo asked if we wanted pictures while on the ride which was lovely as we now have some great photos to look back on.If you get upset easily this isn’t probably the experience for you but if you’re happy for someone to tell you how it is you’ll have a great time! Just like we did!

Great time, with great person Angelos. He is good instructor, with a lot of experience. Just need to listen and enjoy. White horse, Prince😉 I recommend that place if you like horses 👍🐎
