Clarabel Restaurant

Right in the center of Ayia Napa, Clarabel has earned its reputation as a beloved staple. What makes it special isn't just the food, though that's incredible, but the whole experience. However full you are, do not skip their Crêpe Suzette.

Food was pretty nice. I had Duck al Orange, 80% of it was cooked perfectly, part of it was undercooked… It happends, no drama. We also had Chicken stuffed with figs, it was amazing. Kid had chicken nuggets, they seemed great and homemade. Overall solid place to eat. Service was meeh, nobody is interested, other than the guy up front who is the host. Most of the waiters look like they dont even speak English. Reservation is preferable, it can get crowded.

We have just had an amazing meal in Clarabel’s. We decided to come here as we had a lovely chat with the manager the other night whilst walking down the road. The food didn’t disappoint, the Clarabel steak was one of the best steaks I’ve had!! Friendly service, amazing food, chilled atmosphere. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

The food we ordered was average. We didt know there was any waiting bread but when it came it came at the same time as the main course👎. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara which was very tasteless. It Said in the menu there was garlic in it, but I can't say I tasted it and there was hardly any sauce. Had to add salt and pepper and a little ketchup to make it taste good. The portion could have been bigger too. The atmosphere was very nice. I probably won't go here again.

Food was delicious. Great service. I will come back again.

To be honest, I had higher expectations from this restaurant. I visited a few years ago and it left a great impression, but this time I wasn’t impressed. We ordered pork chops and a Greek salad with our main meal, but the salad only arrived after we finished eating and asked for the bill, even though we had reminded them it hadn’t been served as agreed. The staff seemed a bit lost, and the food itself was fairly mediocre. Still, it has a cozy atmosphere, so I hope our next visit will be better!

I came here yesterday to eat alone at this restaurant, and I waited 20 minutes for the extremely rude man to come and take my order in contrast to a very sweet blonde waitress who politely told me that she will call someone right away unlike the man who take's orders. actually she went and told him to come take my order and he just made faces and walked away.After 10 minutes, the same girl came back to ask me if everything was okay and brought someone over to take my order. After i finished my meal, the same blonde girl was cleaning the nearby tables, and i expressed my complaint to her. She politely apologised and promised me that the next time she would personally serve me in the best possible way. And just for the understanding and responsibility she took for the the another waiter and she apologised to me so many times even tho it wasn't her fault, i will make the effort to come back again.
