Sage Restaurant

The location is very cool and well designed. The service is perfect: we were received very gently and every time our glass was empty the waiters filled them straightly. The dishes were faboulous ( we eat meat and fishes) and the dessert was also very good. Also the wines deserve to be mentioned. I really suggest to go to this restaurant.

Good restaurant. Service is great, maybe a bit too much given that they have a great amount of waiters and helpers. Food is delicious, way way better than many many places in Ayia Napa. I recommend the sea bass to share and the pistachio desert, absolutely stunning.

Pretty good dinner at Sage, one of Ayia Napa’s refined spots. The salmon tartar, truffle ravioli, dim sum, gambas, and rib eye steak were all well-prepared and nicely presented. Excellent Scaia Paradiso wine, attentive service, and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. A solid fine-dining choice in Ayia Napa — stylish, calm, and consistently good.

Dining at Sage was, without exaggeration, one of the most refined and memorable experiences we’ve had in Ayia Napa. From start to finish, the evening was marked by impeccable service, outstanding cuisine, and an atmosphere that exudes modern elegance.The staff were exceptional, genuinely warm, deeply attentive, and perfectly professional. Their timing was so precise it felt as if they could anticipate our needs before we even expressed them. Not once did we have to ask twice for anything. It was flawless, intuitive service at its finest.The food was equally extraordinary. Both visually stunning and masterfully executed. We began with a beautifully arranged beef carpaccio, garnished with arugula, cherry tomatoes, delicate cheese cubes, and a vibrant edible flower. It was fresh, light, and perfectly seasoned, a true showcase of balance and finesse.We also tried the seared tuna crusted with seaweed, served alongside a fresh baby spinach salad with pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, and a vivid cornflower, finished with wasabi and soy on the side. The tuna was tender, rich in flavor, and impeccably fresh, a real standout.For the main course, I had the Iberico pork cutlet and ribs, served with a velvety sauce, vibrant vegetables, and a perfectly cooked baked potato. The meat was grilled to perfection, juicy, tender, and full of smoky depth. Showcasing the exceptional quality of ingredients and culinary skill behind the scenes.To drink, I enjoyed a mango-based cocktail with a subtle chili twist. The sweetness of the fruit met with a gentle heat that lingered delicately, creating a bold and refreshing profile that paired wonderfully with the meal.From the elegant table settings and ambient lighting to the presentation of every plate, it’s clear that Sage operates with a meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality. The waiters were wonderful and attentive to every detail. One of a few excellent select restaurants in tourist Ayia Napa. The menu is international, prices appealing, service is above average and the general dinning experience quite pleasent. Sit outside in the evening heat and you will be exposed to the passing (car and buses) traffic and the excellent steaks and wine, deserve better. Enjoy!

The serving was amazing , and the food came very fast , we were a family of 3 and for all of us the food came in approximately 5-7 minutes.The price was not different from any other restaurant . If i visit Cyprus again I will only eat here.I recommend it to everyone ,it does not disappoint.
