Hey fellow travelers! If you’re charting a course for Cyprus, don’t miss Ayia Napa Marina, a true jewel of the sea. This marina isn’t just a docking spot; it’s a haven for about 600 yachts, ranging from cozy 10-meter boats to majestic 80-meter vessels (with a heads-up). They’ve even got this cool dry stack storage and a top-notch valet service that takes the hassle out of sailing prep.

Now, let’s talk about the tech side. Ayia Napa Marina is ahead of the curve with its smart finger-style docking for smaller yachts and floating docks that laugh in the face of rough weather. Deep waters? Check. They go down to 6.5 meters, perfect for your bigger boats and those show-stopping super yachts. Plus, a wave-absorbing breakwater makes sure your precious yacht stays safe and sound.

But Ayia Napa Marina is way more than just boats. It’s a slice of the high life, with chic shops, waterfront dining that’ll make your Instagram pop, and a nightlife scene that buzzes with energy. Imagine strolling along the marina, shopping bag in one hand, ice cream in the other, with the Mediterranean breeze in your hair.

The marina is cradled by Cyprus’s stunning coastline, famous for its crystal-clear waters and golden beaches.

Exclusive much? You bet. The Beach Club at the southern end is all about upscale relaxation and swanky beach parties, complete with an infinity pool, private cabanas, and a bar. Picture yourself lounging there, cocktail in hand, watching the sunset.

The heart of the marina is Pyare Village, bustling with life and lined with everything from quaint cafés to fancy restaurants. Its architecture? A cool mix of local vibes and modern flair. And for those big events in your life, the Event Center here is a showstopper – think weddings, concerts, you name it, all in a high-tech, glassy setting.

Shopaholics, take note: the marina’s got your back with its selection of high-end boutiques. Foodies, you’re in for a treat with a smorgasbord of dining options. And when the sun sets, the place turns into party central.

To wrap up your day, hit the marina’s fitness center or indulge in some me-time at their 400m² SPA. Trust me, it’s the rejuvenation station you didn’t know you needed.

So, pack your bags, set your sails, and make Ayia Napa Marina your next stop. It’s not just a destination; it’s an experience.

It's a lovely place to see how other people live. The marina is lovely, you can take a stroll whilst looking at the mega yachts. Or stop and have a coffee whilst enjoying the view.

What's looking to be like a phased project over the next few years, it is certainly quite impressive for what is completed. Well worth a visit for a nice coffee and a walk around to get the idea of what they are trying to achieve. Long way to go and we will see if it draws tourists in from locally, Ayia Napa and Larnaca, but certainly an impressive start. Crystal clear waters abound.

Very nice. Of course, it is still unfinished, but there are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars that are currently open. The view is beautiful, and the yet unfinished event building looks stunning. I attach many pics for you to see. I think this will be stunning when complete. It is well worth the visit even now.
