A bit of a longer wait for my cake. Large selection, nice environment, and friendly cashiers. Especially the one who served us at the checkout. Young, smiling, kind, and prompt. It would be great if there were more like her.

Amazing huge selection at unbelievable prices - highlights the usual rip-off Briton cost of similar things!Iced latte was not what we would expect in the UK - very strong & made with powdered coffee. Staff a little brusque.

Nice variety of products however the service was very slow at coffee station and at sandwiches. Stuff seemed to be very unmotivated, they even argued with each other at some point because nobody came to help on time the lady who was working at sandwiches. For 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches we spent more than 30 minutes inside the bakery and at the end i didn't even ordered the second sandwich as I wanted to catch my flight. (1 person in front of us in coffee station, 1 person in front of us for the sandwiches however that person ordered 7 sandwiches...) in general the stuff needs to collaborate better and work more as a team so they can be more efficient and effective

the pastries and everything else are great, there are no doubts about the timing either! but in the morning I was driving to work and bought a small Caesar salad, after work at 3:00 I went in to buy the same one but a big one, so the night shift made me a small one, when I asked her again she yelled at me! no! it's a big one! I came home and even compared the boxes, they are the same! why did she keep saying that it was big? and there is also a night cashier, she is also very rude and never gives out receipts! they communicate as if we came to their home... I'm so afraid to go in!
