We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.The house was exceptionally well equipped - absolutely nothing was missing. There was a full set of kitchenware, as well as all the essential spices for cooking. The refrigerator was stocked with drinking water and ice, and we were pleasantly welcomed with a bottle of wine and some candies. There was also everything we needed for our stay, including laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies, paper towels, napkins, soap, and shampoo.The house was spotless, and the outdoor area was clean and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly in every room, and the TVs also worked flawlessly.One feature we especially appreciated was the outdoor seating. There were several tables and chairs placed around different sides of the house. This meant that, depending on the time of day, if one side was in direct sunlight, we could always relax comfortably in the shade on the opposite side. It was a thoughtful detail that made our stay even more enjoyable.Communication with the hosts was easy, friendly, and professional. They responded quickly to all our questions, and both the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly simple and hassle-free.Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The house exceeded our expectations and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity and wholeheartedly recommend it to future guests.

Wir haben die Villa sehr genossen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist so wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sensationell , Restaurant, Supermarket und Strand sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Badezimmer sind eher klein. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Zu empfehlen wäre noch ein zusätzliches Set Badetücher. Die Villa würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Our stay at Pernera Seaside Villa was perfect! we travelled with our 4 kids (6 of us total) one who is a toddler. We had plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed. The pool was great and they came and cleaned it when we asked. Georgia was lovely to deal with and very helpful if we needed anything.The air conditioners downstairs work on a two hour timer so if you don’t know how to use them just ask her.Close to the beach, shops, restaurants etcThank you for the lovely stay. We would definitely return. Such a great price too

Lovely villa with a lot of indoor and outdoor space.Pool is great to have and was clean.Cleaning for pool was also done twice in a week .The house have everything you need for a stay.10 mins walk to beech and many restaurants near by.Walk around the beech and you reach Fig Tree Bay in 35 mins..perfect location.Host was very quick on answering all questions and also arranged good breakfast for us in the apartment.100% recommend.

Was very happy with this Villa 🙂 The place is beautiful and nice and peaceful. It has all the amenities as well as a few teas and coffees ready for when you arrive. Pool was very clean and goes quite deep as well! Indiviudal aircons in the rooms were fantastic considering how hot it was when we arrived (35-40 degrees c).It was the perfect locaiton for us, close enough to Ayia Napa to drive in our rental (15-20 mins), or get a taxi on Bolt, or food delivery on Wolt, but far enough away to be private and peaceful. It's not exactly walkable to much, maybe 20 minutes to Siren's beach, and 30 minutes to a small supermarket. It's about 20 mins to a Lidl via driving though! Additionally, its close to two of the best beaches around (Nissi & Makronissos).Host was responsive and lovely, however it did take us a couple u-turns to find the place when we arrived (easy once you know!). We were suprised by the lack of reviews for this Villa, as its well worth the reasonable price tag. 10/10.
