Le séjour que nous avons passé mes amis et moi était excellent. La maison était propre et conforme à la description et aux photos. Cette dernière est très bien située, à proximité des restaurants et de la plage et à seulement 15 min en voiture de Aya napa. La communication avec Georgia était également très simple et cette dernière était très réactive. Je recommande cette maison !!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Moderne Einrichtung und toller Garten mit Pool. Die Terrassen sind traumhaft und man kann sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch -Untergang genießen. Toller Ausblick bis zum Meer. Wir waren zu viert und drei Schlafzimmer sind echt super. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und haben wenig Ablagefläche und keine Steckdose. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich. Leider haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Ansonsten ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Georgia haben wir nie persönlich getroffen, sie war für uns nur über Handy erreichbar. Darüber hat sie allerdings immer schnell geantwortet. Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Mir persönlich fehlten ein paar Infos zur näheren Umgebung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Zypern bzw. in Protaras und mussten uns erstmal zurechtfinden. In der Vorsaison ist noch nicht viel los, der nahegelegene Supermarkt war noch geschlossen, allerdings mehrere gute Restaurants und auch der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.

The location is convenient, but you will need a car. Well-equipped villa with everything you need. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other room has 2 bunk beds. Large living room with kitchen on the first floor, large 65-inch TV. Each room has air conditioning. The balcony on the second floor has a great view. There is a barbecue area in the yard. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. It takes 25-30 minutes to walk to Sunrise beach and about 35-40 minutes on foot to Fig tree bay. Also behind Fig tree bay is the incredibly picturesque Konnos beach. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby (3-5 minutes by car)

Wir haben die Villa sehr genossen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist so wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sensationell , Restaurant, Supermarket und Strand sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Badezimmer sind eher klein. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Zu empfehlen wäre noch ein zusätzliches Set Badetücher. Die Villa würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Great stay with my family, few issues nail sticking out of floor in one of bathrooms as the door catcher is broken so it just balancing on top and my 1 year old soon sussed that out so that was a hazard, eyelash extensions found on the floor throughout hasn’t been cleaned to a 5* quality standard from the last people, location good however I would recommend a car to get around to different beaches etc. Overall good stay

Kapparis has so many great restaurants all in walking distance (we loved Faliros, Just Italian and Sashika, but there loads more), and Fireman’s Beach is less than 5 mins walk. Our stay at Pernera Seaside Villa was perfect! we travelled with our 4 kids (6 of us total) one who is a toddler. We had plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed. The pool was great and they came and cleaned it when we asked. Was very happy with this Villa 🙂 The place is beautiful and nice and peaceful. It has all the amenities as well as a few teas and coffees ready for when you arrive. Pool was very clean and goes quite deep as well! Indiviudal aircons in the rooms were fantastic considering how hot it was when we arrived (35-40 degrees c).It was the perfect locaiton for us, close enough to Ayia Napa to drive in our rental (15-20 mins), or get a taxi on Bolt, or food delivery on Wolt, but far enough away to be private and peaceful. It's not exactly walkable to much, maybe 20 minutes to Siren's beach, and 30 minutes to a small supermarket. It's about 20 mins to a Lidl via driving though! Additionally, its close to two of the best beaches around (Nissi & Makronissos).Host was responsive and lovely, however it did take us a couple u-turns to find the place when we arrived (easy once you know!). We were suprised by the lack of reviews for this Villa, as its well worth the reasonable price tag. 10/10.

L’hébergement est parfaitement agencé : deux appartements de deux chambres, un rooftop et une salle de sport en sous-sol avec billard, fléchettes et ping-pong. L’équipement est complet et de grande qualité. Le quartier est très calme, tout en étant proche de bons restaurants, et deux petites plages ne sont qu’à quelques minutes à pied. Ideally located with the beach & Kennedy Avenue within a few minutes walk. House was beautifully presented, clean, well equipped & fantastic views from the back of the house toward the sea. Georgia was very responsive to any requests. Would definitely recommend

Really lovely villa, and very helpful host! Was less than 10 mins by car to the local strip/town with numerous bars and restaurants. The villa itself is situated in a quiet road which was perfect for a relaxing week. All amenities we needed were required. Would stay again

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Melinda. Easy access to all the areas that you need to access like Protaras and ayia napa but in a quiet chilled location. The facilities that are provided by Villa Melinda are above and beyond and we couldn’t have asked for anymore! We will be back ☺️ 10/10
