Agia Thekla beach, situated 6.5 km west of Agia Napa’s town center, is a stunning coastal stretch within the Natura 2000 network’s special protected area. This natural sandy beach has a rocky bottom covered in fine, golden sand, and its clear, calm waters are perfect for swimming.

Amenities on the beach include toilets, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas, and water sports facilities. Additionally, there is a convenience store nearby, and the surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and kiosks. From April to October, lifeguards equipped with life-saving gear and first aid services are stationed at the beach. There is also a special wheelchair available at the lifeguard tower to assist disabled individuals in accessing the sea with the help of lifeguards.

The beach is named after Saint Agia Thekla, to whom the nearby carved temple and the new white church are dedicated.

A pedestrian path leads from the beach to the picturesque fishing harbor of Potamos tou Liopetriou on one side and the beach of Vathia Gonia on the other, offering a leisurely stroll.

Access to the beach is easy by foot, bike, or car, and parking facilities are available.
